Head Support and 80 N
Once inflated, RES-T forms a collar that supports your head and keeps it out of the water. Certified to ISO 12402-5 in the 50 N class, it delivers 80 N of actual buoyancy — more than its class requires.
On the waters of the Canton of Zurich, a personal rescue device must provide a minimum buoyancy of 75 N and have a collar. Res-T meets both requirements, which makes it suitable for a rubber boat trip down the Limmat.
Built to Last
Made in Italy by Veleria San Giorgio. Lycra exterior with UV protection up to UPF 50+. Manual inflation via CO₂ cartridge (16 g, 3/8″) or by mouth. Reusable design — replace only the cartridge. Sizes S–2XL, for adults only.

How to Use
- Wear RES-T deflated, like a shirt.
- Before you go out, check that an unused CO₂ cartridge is fitted.
- When you need buoyancy, pull the handle with the logo on the left side of your chest.
- RES-T inflates and forms a collar that supports your head.
- Use the oral tube to top up by mouth, or to deflate afterwards.
- After use, deflate it and fit a new CO₂ cartridge — RES-T is ready again.

Certification
RES-T is certified to ISO 12402-5, the standard for buoyancy aids, in the 50 N class. 50 N is the certification class; the actual buoyancy of RES-T is 80 N. The fabric is certified OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100.
A buoyancy aid is not a life jacket: RES-T is activated manually, by you. It does not replace a life jacket where one is required.

Is Res-T a life jacket?
No. Res-T is an inflatable buoyancy aid, certified to ISO 12402-5 in the 50 N class, with 80 N of actual buoyancy. You activate it yourself, manually. It does not replace a life jacket where one is required.
How do I activate it?
Pull the handle with the logo on the left side of your chest. The CO₂ cartridge inflates Res-T, which forms a collar that supports your head. You can also inflate it by mouth through the oral tube.
Can I use it again after an activation?
Yes. Deflate it through the oral tube, fit a new CO₂ cartridge, and Res-T is ready again. One cartridge is included; spare cartridges come in packs of two.
